What we don't offer

• Building or insulation inspections for compliance purposes.
• Advice relating to major repairs, or to structural, electrical or plumbing work.
• Recommendations for particular suppliers or products. 

Advice for new builds

Request advice on the performance of your home

Our certified home performance and eco-design advisors will provide up to an hour of free expert advice on how you can make your existing house or new build warmer, drier and more energy-efficient.

They can provide this advice by:

• visiting you at your house if necessary

• virtual consultations via a video call (preferred).

We prefer virtual consultations because they reduce health risks, travel time, and carbon emissions.

We offer a limited number of in-home consultations if you do not have the technology for a video-call or if a physical inspection is required.
