Conscious Climates Summit 2019

Tuesday 30 April
10am - 6pm

Te Oro, Line Road, Glen Innes

Ka noho teina te tangata.
Ka noho tuakana ko te taiao.

Parakore Ki Tamaki and Te Ohu Mana Rangatahi in partnership with Auckland Council have banded together to launch a summit dedicated to bringing together Auckland's Youth.

Creating an 'innovation waka' to grow and connect rangatahi networks across Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa and globally to build a movement of bold action for climate change. Guided by indigenous knowledge, utilising the 'wai, kai, whenua, whare' framework to guide our discussions. The unique kōrero will be captured and utilised as a rangatahi voice on innovative pathways toward 'changing climates'. This will be in conjunction with the Auckland Climate Action Plan.

Come learn, connect and grow in a space toward collective action for our Taiao. Let's empower each other to be conscious in our roles as kaitiaki and let's plant the seeds around 'changing climates.'
